Finals will be held over the last four rounds of the home and away season as follows:

Round 1:

• [Game 1a] 1st vs 4th (1st Qualifying Final)
• [Game 1b] 2nd vs 3rd (2nd Qualifying Final)
• [Game 1c] 5th vs 8th (1st Elimination Final)
• [Game 1d] 6th vs 7th (2nd Elimination Final)

Round 2:

1a-winner gets a bye 1b-winner gets a bye

• [Game 2a] 1b-looser vs 1d-winner (1st Semi-Final)
• [Game 2b] 1a-looser vs 1c-winner (2nd Semi-Final)

Round 3:

• [Game 3a] 1a-winner vs 2a-winner (1st Preliminary Final)
• [Game 3b] 1b-winner vs 2b-winner (2nd Preliminary Final)

Round 4:

• [Game 4a] 3a-winner vs 3b-winner (Grand Final)
